Jack Rooster

Jack Rooster is a house DJ/producer from Kenya with musical influences from all over the world. Raised on hip-hop and R&B, and exposed to dance music in his late teens as a result of hanging out in the DJ booths of Nairobi's best clubs, Jack's love and passion for house music, with his own infusion of rich African elements, is the music he now sets out to share with the world.

Over the past year Jack has released monthly mixtapes, produced and presented his own monthly online syndicated show and played gigs both in his home country and abroad.

For Jack Rooster, Lake of Stars Festival is an immense platform for artists to share their music, their personality and their culture with the world, and is something he considers himself blessed to be a part of.
